Essa torre residencial é composta por apartamentos de 300m² e loja comercial no térreo. Com um apartamento por andar, tivemos a liberdade de usar as varandas para criar dinamismo na fachada.  Angulando os amplos terraços, conseguimos um efeito visual impactante sem grandes ginásticas estruturais ou grandes gastos.

This residential tower consists of 3,200sf apartments and a commercial store on the ground floor. With one apartment per floor, we had the freedom to use the balconies to create dynamism on the façade. By angling the large terraces, we achieved a striking visual effect without major structural gymnastics or large expenditures.
